Since September 1st, 2016 Tiger Cues will come with new Tiger joint pin. Stainless steel is used for Pool and Aluminum for Billiards. New Tiger pin is specially designed by Tiger Products to give the player, the tightest and most precise connection for a cue.

It is fully guaranteed not to come loose during play. Tiger pin adds consistency, an unsurpassed feel and power to your game every time. It is proudly made in the USA.

The gradual rise taper is more common on most cues today. A pro tapered shaft starts at the ferrule and has a slight rise 12 to 14 inches up through the stroke area before starting to get larger toward the shaft joint. This keeps a stronger taper with less whip in your bridge hand.

All Tiger® manufactured "finished" Products are warranted for life against defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not include cue or shaft warpage! Bearing in mind that cues & shafts are made of wood, warpage is not considered a defect though they make great efforts to ensure that every cue and shaft that leaves the facility is straight!

If any product fails within its useful lifetime to the original retail end purchaser the item will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
There is a $20.00 SH & H charge (UPS Ground), so please include a Money Order with the package or you can pay by credit card (USA customers only). For international customers, please email or call to find out the SH & H charge.

Return any defective product to Tiger and it will either be repaired or replaced with the same or an equal value product and returned to you within 15 days.

In order to return any product to Tiger, you must contact a factory representative. You may contact them by phone, fax or email. No items will be accepted for return without getting a permission from a factory representative. Please mark your shipment with the factory representative name. Also please include a copy of your original invoice with the return.
