Overview
Discontinued Espiritu EW5W pool cue. This cue has a natural stained Curly Maple forearm with 4 Ebony points with black, blue, green and natural veneers along with a white inlaid diamond at the base of each point. Butt sleeve is Ebony with 16 white windows with turquoise oval inlays. Completing the cue is black and white Irish linen wrap and Russ Espiritu signature and date. Cue come with Espiritu XP 12.75mm low deflection shaft.

The gradual rise taper is more common on most cues today. A pro tapered shaft starts at the ferrule and has a slight rise 12 to 14 inches up through the stroke area before starting to get larger toward the shaft joint. This keeps a stronger taper with less whip in your bridge hand.
