The G-Core is the perfect blend of technology and classic feel. It has the benefits of carbon fiber core technology with the familiar feel of a traditional maple shaft. The G-Core can be customized to any of the popular shaft diameters and comes standard on all McDermott G-Series cues $255-$699.

Triple-Layer Design
The G-Core’s triple-layer design reduces vibration and minimizes shaft distortion. This increases radial consistency, which promotes enhanced accuracy and stability.

CT Technology
The G-Core utilizes our proprietary CT Technology (Carbon Tenon): a carbon fiber ferrule core that results in greater strength, efficiency and precision. This results in a stronger ferrule assembly with maximum impact properties and enhanced feedback. The red dampening device at the base of the ferrule helps reduce shaft vibration upon impact.

Radial Consistency
Radial consistency is the shaft’s ability to perform the same way on every shot, regardless of its orientation. The carbon fiber core technology found in the G-Core makes it one of the most radial consistent shaft on the market. The G-Core will consistently provide a straighter cue ball path, minimizing the need to compensate for spin and throw.

Everest Tip by Tiger
Each Everest laminated tip is individually tested for consistency, hardness and quality. It shapes like a hard tip, hits like a medium, but has the control of a soft tip. Everest® tips have 10 layers that include a red warning layer to indicate when it needs replacement.

The gradual rise taper is more common on most cues today. A pro tapered shaft starts at the ferrule and has a slight rise 12 to 14 inches up through the stroke area before starting to get larger toward the shaft joint. This keeps a stronger taper with less whip in your bridge hand.

McDermott's Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original purchaser/owner of the cue and must be purchased from an authorized McDermott dealer. McDermott Cue warrants its pool cues to be free of defects in material and workmanship, including warpage, for as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser/owner. McDermott does not warrant its product against:

• normal wear and tear including tip, finish, and wrap;
• misuse, abuse or mishandling;
• modification or improper maintenance performed by third parties or
• damage caused by exposure to extreme temperature or humidity.

All warranty claims must include the complete cue and are subject to evaluation at the facility prior to approval. Products that do not qualify for the McDermott Lifetime Warranty can be serviced by McDermott for a fee. To obtain warranty service on a McDermott product, return the product to an authorized McDermott dealer or directly to McDermott along with a copy of your original sales receipt
