	PROBLEM: Shipping and Delivery prices negated any savings to the customer. OUR SOLUTION: FREE SHIPPING TO YOUR NEAREST TRUCK TERMINAL We have negotiated with all the larger freight companies and have contracted with the largest to provide delivery of your new Smoky Mountain pool table. All at no cost to you the customer. Our free shipping method will ship your table to the nearest truck line terminal where you can pick up your table within 3 days of its arrival. (Please note, you will need a truck and two strong individuals to transport the table frame as well as the 3 pieces of slate.)


	PROBLEM: Curbside Delivery Only means that the truck stops at the curbside. Customer still has to unload from the truck, more times than not without a lift gate. OUR SOLUTION: $129.00 HOME SHELTERED DELIVERY (Continental US Only) Again, Seybert's Billiard Supply has negotiated with all the larger freight companies and have contracted with the largest to provide delivery of your new Smoky Mountain pool table to your home location at the low cost of only an additional $129.00. What this means to you is that your table is delivered to your home and unloaded from the truck by the truck drivers. Your table is placed in or under a place of shelter you provided by you. This can be your garage, carport or something as simple as covered in a tarp you provide. The truck drivers are not allowed to transport the pool table inside your house. Truck drives will place the pool table, slate and accessories under any shelter you provide.


	Problem - MDF engineered wood passed of as "All Wood construction". MDF definition via wikipedia: Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product formed by breaking down softwood into wood fibers, often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure. OUR SOLUTION: In the opinion of Smoky Mountain Recreation, all wood construction does not include MDF. Smoky Mountain Billiards uses only North American Hardwood in the production of the tables. Tulipwood is the primary Hard Wood used on our tables frame, legs and aprons. The Rails are made from Hard Rock Maple to take the abuse of years of play. The Smoky Mountain Recreation Pool Tables are not only "All Wood", but they are also totally constructed from North American Hardwoods as well.
