Didn't expect it to be that hard since it is a leather tip. It's hardness is comparable to the BK2 tip. It holds onto chalk very well too, a huge plus for a break tip. Having some trouble with other tips which do not hold onto chalk that well.

It looks great on any break cue!

Just recently purchased this Tip from Seyberts and had it installed on my Arnot Break/Jump cue. It perfoms well doing both tasks and has above average cue ball controll. I also have a Picone Break Cue with a Icebreaker Tip on it, I have to admit it is a stronger break tip than the Samsara but I seem to have better cue ball controll with the Samsara. I don't think you would regret getting this tip.

Have one of these currently on my brothers break cue... it hits very well... not as hard as other break tips i have used... but for a pure leather tip, I believe it hits the hardest... if ever I'm in a league where phenolic is banned, i will most certainly pick this up for a break shaft

Look no further if you're looking for a leather J/B tip. This is a hard tip and it's louder than any regular leather tip on break. It actually can look like phenolic from far but it's BCA legal break tip unlike phenolic or composite tips.
It jumps nicely with slightly more effort than a phenolic but little quieter and lot less miscues. It's little pricey compare to White Diamond which is my favorite tip but not BCA legal.

I had not considered using this tip until a friend asked me to put one on his break cue... in the process of ordering the tip I managed to read up on it a little and decided to put one on my own break/jump cue as well. Not only was my friend completely satified... So am I! I have tried phenolic and can't get used to the miscue sound it makes... and for jumping you absolutely have to chalk every stroke... I find that you can get a few hits in on the Samsara before chalking... Dont get me wrong, i recommend chalking every time... but there are times you might forget. I do find that pheonlic still gets better height specially for close in shots but that could be due to the lack of experience with Samsara... No need to wait on the jury... Verdict... Excellent Tip!

It just doesn't get any better than this for breaking. You get the power of the phenolic and the control of leather. I have not had to maintain the tip at all and I have yet to miscue with it. I doubt I will ever use anything but these for breaking. Totally worth the money.

Yo for real this tip does it all it breaks,jumps,and yes u can even play with it.its not phenolic but does damage like one but its legal and has beautiful control.it is worth the money trust me u can put it on any cue you want to break with and I will not be upset and if you are upset what you need to do is keep losing so u won't have to break with it,sell. Your break cue, and pick up checkers cause if u think this tip sucks you should just stop playing..

I recently tried this tip on my Jump Break cue and am highly pleased with this tip. Have had it for well over 3 months and had to maintain very little. Excellant product will not use anything else.
