The Z2 shaft is the best shaft I have played with. I played with 314-2, Z2 and falcon play cue. The Z2 shaft give me more accuracy and spin than pther shafts. My next shaft will be Z2 again.

This is by far one of the best shafts ever made. Every time I play I am surprise how little squirt the cue ball has when you use English. For best results I would use it with a hard or medium hard tip for great feedback. One of the things that I love is the tip diameter of 11.75 with the 1/4 ferrule size. Depending on how advanced of a player you are it might take you a little bit of getting used to this shafts "pivot point" which is around 12 inches down the shaft, so you have to have a longer than usual bridge if you are using backhand English or are like me who does like to shoot on the shafts pivot point. However, once you get used to it, you accuracy and your game sky rockets.

Although it takes quite some time to get used to, once you get into it, you are able to achieve much more than with any other shaft - the ammount of spin that you can generate is simply amazing - 2 times table long draw shots are not a big deal. However, this product is not recommended for beginner players, since it is extremely accurate it is also very unforgiving. My next shaft will be Z2 as well!

After a couple years of shooting with the 314^2 I decided that I wanted to see how much a difference the Z^2 shaft would make. Took a little getting used to the smaller diameter tip and different taper, but after a couple weeks of practicing I was able to see what all the fuss was about. This shaft is amazing. The 314^2 is great and allowed me to do some pretty amazing things on the pool table, but the Z^2 blew it out of the water. Shots with extreme English that one might hesitate to shoot for not knowing if the shot can be made cause of the amount of English aren't even worried about with this. If you got the money it's worth getting one of these shafts.
