OB-1 Uni-loc Lucasi Shaft
The entire construction of the OB-1 has deviated from the conventional path. The OB-1 cue shaft is made up from six stress relieved segments. Each of these segments is made from straight grained laminated maple and machined in a manner that removes the internal stress to help insure the OB-1 cue shaft is straight and stable.

OB-1 shaft/Lucasi
I purchased the OB-1 shaft about 2 months ago, and I find it to be one of the most solid hitting shafts that I've had a chance to shoot with. The foam core and wood ferrule combine for a soft, low vibration feel when making contact. Low deflection allows me to apply regular english at about a half of a tip off center, and exteme english with no more than a full tip off center. Double the spin, with half the effort. Definitely a game changer.
