Gets the job done... but
Way too bulky for its use, it wont fit in any case out there, which is the biggest drawback, and to be honest there are better extenders available even though they might not be as 'cost effective'.
Another concern is the apparently crudely cut plastic on the inside, which could have rough edges and would be something to consider if you are scared of scratching your 1500$ custom while putting this thing on. Apart from that, it works fine and can be a match saver on those pesky 'hard to reach' shots, but overall, you get what you pay for.

Handy Device
A simple design that is very easy to slip on to the butt of the cue. Slip it on, shoot, tap the butt, and it slips right off.
It is good to use when the cue is just out of reach, where you don't want to stretch.
Unless you naturally shoot with a long bridge length, I would recommend using a mechanical bridge on the very far shots. You will have much more control of the bridge.
