Default What was your first cue?

I did a quick search and I couldn't find any other topics like this, so since I was curious and I thought it would be a good topic I would ask what was your first cue? Maybe even include some pics if possible.

Mine was a no name brand, bought at K-Mart by my mother when I was about 13 years old. It was a birthday gift. I used it probably for about a year, and I think it cost maybe 20 bucks.

I still have the butt of this cue, and it is badly warped, the joint is loose, and the butt cap has expanded and is oversized in comparison to the butt itself. I might get some pics of it and post later... Will be worth a laugh, but I have kept it for it's sentimental value, being a gift from my mom and my first cue.

I have a no name brand that I picked up from Dick's Sporting Good's. It was about as good as you could expect from a 30 dollar cue.
Boy, he is great! Jeez, that old fat man. Look
at the way he moves. Like a dancer.
And them fingers, them chubby fingers. And that stroke. It's like he's, uh, like he's playing a
    violin or something.

I still have it but it need a rewrap, a year later I got the first cue that I paid for 8) it was a Predator 98-1 which was my playing cue until last year (almost 8 years...) Default mmmm?

Well my first ever cue was a $30 cue from Champs sporting goods, and was a bud light logo cue. I shot with it for about 6 months before I just said to heck with it and just used bar cues. When I turned 23 in Korea my buddy let me shoot with his McDermott, and I was sold! I loved the way that played better than any other nice cue I had shot with. (Well except maybe for a Meucci.) Then my mom decided she would buy me a cue for Christmas, and the budget she was looking in I spoke up and told her to buy McDermott. For the money I think it was the best bet. Anyway, I don't have the Bud Light cue anymore, and I still have the McDermott.
If they don't have a pool hall in Heavan, then I ain't going!
