    Default Predator Warantee...???

I have a Predator SPJW that has developed a warp in the butt of the cue. Due to the full splice construction this struck me as odd. I know...wood is wood and we take that chance. But at a $445.00 retail the butt is the last thing I was worried about warping. Has anyone had a similar problem? Is it something Predator will do something about? I am also e-mailing Predator about this so please don't think I am bashing etc. I understand it can happen, was just trying to get some other of the rare experiences of product flaws and how they were handled for you. Thanks for time and input.

Many of us has had to contact Predator for one reason or another. They have always been helpful to me and very responsive to attention to whatever matter I have approached them about. I would warrant that others on this board have had similar good results.

I cannot speak for Predator as I do not work for them. I can say that if I were in your position with a defective product, I would not be worried about the results.

Yes my beautiful 2k6 butt went bad. Predator was sad for me but after they inspected it they could do nothing. I was just sick over that and lost quite a bit of money on it.
