I was looking at the McDermott MG-7 Black Onyx and wanted to know if you provide pricing for customizing this cue with a Uni-Loc Joint? McDermott offers this option through their site, but I was wondering if I could arrange it through you?
Also do they... or you sell this butt without the stock shaft... replaced with a 314 Predator?
Yes we can do that for you, Not a problem at all. Just make a note in the comment box or call us at 1-877-314-2837 and we would be happy to take your order over the phone. There's an additional charge of $70 to change the joint to an Uni-Loc joint.
I'm sorry to say that we are unable to sell the butt as a stand alone. We can offer you the additional shaft for (uni-loc joint) for $190 (after seybert's bucks).
Let me know if ya have more questions or concerns :)
Hello darkscope , are you planning to use Mc Dermott / 314 combination. I have heard a lot of people using Meuci , Viking , Scon ,etc with 314.
Actually at this moment i am looking to buy mcdermott cue and planning to upgrade it with 314 shaft in the future.
Mmm i think i better wait your comment first before i buy it :D

In reply to the question of a McDermott butt with a 314 shaft, I have been shooting a Legacy cue with a 314 for months and I absolutely love it. I ordered the shaft thru Seyberts with matching ring work and the Uni-Loc joint and it is perfect.

I've using a 314 with my Legacy series cue and I love it. There was definitely an adjustment period, but the results have been worth it. I purchased it through Seybert's with matching ringwork and the Uni-Loc joint and I am about to order a 314 for my other McD cue.
