Options Info and Warranty ?

If any of the Pechauer cues are ordered with a 12.25 or 12.50 Shaft or different tip option, does this come from Pechauer, or is this done at Seyberts as a mod?
I have Dufferin 12.5mm now and like it.
If done as a mod / still full guarantee? and what is Seyberts guarantee am I missing this posted on the site ?

With Pechauer cues, the turn down is done at there end. So you will be getting all of the warranties still, but even if Seyberts does the work we will still warranty it. thanks
