time from order to email

hi there first off i love the site and great deals. my question is i placed an order and am curious about how long it takes before a confirmation email is sent? been checking on an off for past few hours and no email. does that mean something went wrong with submitting the order?

you should get a confirmation right away. You should also get a copy of your invoice once the order has processed, and then tracking numbers once the order has shipped.
