can u say Pechauer

I just a bought a pechauer here in the Netherlands. I'm very happy with the cue, especially because it's such a departure from my meucci. The only think is that I'm confused with how you pronounce the name pechauer.

a. Is it called ~peach-auer (that's how they say it here in holland)
b. Is it called ~pehch-auer (I'm more comfortable with this)
c. none of the above!

peach (as in the fruit)
hour (as in the time increment)
