OK ....that title should have been self explainatory 8O . I have been searching for a case that will hold 3-4 cues ...but I don't have but one cue that has an extra shaft. Do most players that carry 3-4 cues have extra shafts for all of them ....while players with only 1-2 cues usually only have one shaft per cue? Are there 3/4 or 4/5 or even 4/6 cases avalable? Other configurations / options that I am not considering?

thanks,

One option you're not considering is leaving a shaft slot empty. It's what I do...

I realize that I could leave slots empty ...that wouldn't be bad if I left one slot empty ...but I feel that I am paying for case that I don't need. I was really wondering why they come in these configurations. No one that I know that has 3-4 cues have extra shafts for every cue. I was really wondering if there was something I wasn't understanding. I would really like to have a 4/6 case. That would leave me one open slot if I ever get an extra shaft for any of my other cuse.

thanks,

I've got a 3x6 case and I have three cues, one of which has an extra shaft. I wind up with two extra slots, but that's ok with me. I'd rather have two extra slots than have a shaft lying around my house somewhere unprotected.
