Cue Rest

I am looking for what they call either a cue rest or cue holder. I have one but need some more. This holder is 4.5" long and 2.25" wide. It is brown leather and has two arms that flip out to use or fold up to put it away. On the top of it it has the name that I think is Dointer but may be Pointer ( HARD TO TELL IF IT'S A p OR d ). Anyone ever seen these and possibly know who handles them.
