Cloth question

I have simonis 860 cloth on my table but it is getting really loose in spots. You can run your hand hard across the cloth and it bulges up or however you look at it. How much does the cloth being loose effect the table play and should I get it glued down?

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT GLUE THE CLOTH DOWN.... This would make the cloth play very bad. What happened was that the cloth wasn't strecthed hard enough and this does effect the speed of the ball. So I would have it restrecthed by a local shop.
