Finding special cue tips

Hi;
I just found a Sampaio cue that I had for 30 years. The tip is cracked thru so I tried to find a replacement. So far no luck. It is a screw on type but the male post is on the cue and the female thread is in the tip. Is there anyone who knows about these tips and where I can find them?

My advice to you is to take (or send) your shaft to a cuesmith in order to replace the ferrule and the tip, the screw-on tips don't perform that well so I wouldn't wast time and efforts on finding that type of tip.
If you rather keep the shaft in it's original construction then maybe you should consider getting a new shaft for it.
