recovering rails

im in the process of recovering my table. so far everything is coming out great, but im having a problem with the ends on the rails. when i fold the felt over the corners im getting alot of material bunching up. ive heard there is a trick in the way you cut the felt so as not to get so much bunching on the back. could somebody please give me some tips. thanks in advance. bryan bsdevereux@cox.net
