Your favorite break cue and tip.

I would like to ask you, your favorite break cue and tip.

I use McDermott(Genuine) cue with Talisman pro XH. My friend use Predator Break Tips on BK good cue and tip. Also I tried Predator cue with Hard Moori. These three cues and tips I have tried. I like to know what you are using and opinion.

I use a Talisman medium on my Predator 3k-1 for breaking and playing. I get a better break than I did with my old piece of crap break cue, and the tip doesn't mushroom or anything like the LePro did. It took me a little bit to get used to the harder tip, but not too long.

I am using a Talisman Pro Hard on a viking vm-22

I put a Talisman Medium on an old cue to use to break with for the time being. It holds its shape well and does ok. It worked better than the Triangle that was on it. I am going to a harder tip though as soon as I find me a decent break cue.

I use a Cuetec Thunderbolt with a TipTec tip. It breaks almost as nice as the Predator BK.

Viking VM29 - sneaky pete model - with a picone jump tip. Just put the jump tip on. Before that I was using a tailisman med. The picone tip spreads the balls a little better nice for eight ball. With the tailisman I have no trouble keeping the cue ball at the center of the table, essential in nine ball. The jury is still out on which way i'll go. Who knows, maybe next month it'll be a different tip. I'm always trying out new things.

I use a McDermott HeartBreaker Break/Jump Cue with a Predator BK Tip. Works Great!

Don't use the tailsman on a snooker cue...disaster.....

I have used the phoniec? tips and did not like them at all. Found it hard to control the cue ball after the break and of you hit any place than center cue ball you will miss cue because the tip doesnt grab the ball like a nice leather tip. I am going to try the talisman pro hard X tip and see what happens. I would highly recomend talisman pro hard or pro hard X on your break cue.

I used to break with McDermott Genuine with a Le Pro tip, which worked o.k I felt it didn't give me the action I was looking for, now I use Predator BK with the BK tip it works great, I also tried to break with a Meucci with a Moori tip it also got the job done very nice
