I received a Giuseppe 2x2 case for Xmas. My mother special ordered it from a local dealer here in IL..... It has my name on it and some other embroidery. It is supposed to be leather.
I am not sure it is leather and I am not happy with the embroidery as my name is not centered but the rest of the the embroidery is centered. I would like to send this back and see what the company will do about it. I also want to find out if it is really leather since that what was paid for. I have not used the case. I don't want to send it back through the local dealer.
I cannot find an address or phone number for Giuseppe anywhere.
