Now im pretty sure generally how to hit the shot what im looking for is exactly how to hit the shot. I know you put low left if your on the far right side of the table. but Where EXACTLY do you want to hit the second ball? Is there any explianation of how this is done? Thanks 8)

Hit the second ball as close to the head ball as possible without hitting the head ball. This is the most difficult break shot to master because of the precision required. You can be a little off and the result will a disaster. If you were off that much on full on head ball break you still might come out ok.
Because you are hitting the ball with english you have the problem of squirt to deal with. This, added to the fact that for most players accuracy decreases when shooting as hard as needed for the break can be to much of an obstacle for some to over come. I've had players tell me the like that break but they are afraid to use it in the big games because they are inconsistent with it.
This is one shot that you really do need to practice. I recommend that you practice this first by not using any english, just draw. This removes one variable (squirt) and will tune your mind to picking out the spot you need to hit. It is more difficult for your mind to pick out the spot on the second ball than to pick out a spot on the spot on the head ball. You will be able to tell when you hit the right spot, the balls will just explode.
Using this break without english will leave the cue ball (unless kissed out) between the end rail and the foot string. Because the balls spread so well you will most likely have an open shot. If you play where, regardless of what is pocketed, the table is always open after the break this maybe ok. If not you need to try and get the cue ball back towards the center of the table and to do this you need to hit with draw and right english (when breaking from the right rail).
When you have this break perfected with just draw then practice the hell out of with the english. If you can't this break nailed using just draw go back to hitting the head ball full. Don't bother to try and learn it with the english. It isn't worth the frustration.
Twenty or twenty five years ago our local league system went away from the eight on the break as an automatic win and this break lost it's appeal but lately it seems to be making a comeback.
