Last week Monday I ordered a new cue from you. In my haste I requested next day air shipping. Fedex showed up with my cue......on Wednesday :x . I understand this was a mistake on the part of Fedex, as it was indeed shipped on Monday, so I asked the driver what could be done. He advised me to contact you fellas so you could file a claim with them over the mishap and recover the shipping cost.
I spoke about this with someone on the phone Thursday afternoon, but I haven't heard back from them.
I think that I (we) paid Fedex next day money for 2nd day service. Hopefully I (we) can get some, if not all of my (our) money back.
