Which do you prefer...nickel shape or dime shape? I have two viking's with lepro hard tips and have had dime shape on them...and they play good for about 2 days...then i gotta pick them. i am wondering because I want to get your opinions before i due anything to my predator. Thanks a bunch.

I use a Le Pro and pick it only once - at installation. Regardless of the radius at installation, it develops a nickel radius with a flat spot at the apex. Throughout the tip's lifetime (around 3 months), it grips the cueball adequately as far as I'm concerned.

on one of my cues...i have 13 mm and do not have to pick at it. the other one...11 mm..i have to pick at that a little bit...i might have got a harder tip than i expected...anyways i was wondering what results you guys have had with the difference in shape on predator shafts. For instance does one offer more control/less control than the other? If one more/less forgiving?
