View Full Version : I want to return my Viking shaft...

I bought a Viking cue and upon receipt notice that the shaft is slighty crooked. I'm a quite disappointed due to the fact that I paid over $400 for it. I would of expected alot more from this, i mean that is why in the first place we accept to pay hghger price for quality.
It's a 12.50 mm with a Moori Med tip on it and it's still un-chalked. I want to return it get want i paid for.
Now i don't know if i got a "bad" shaft for Viking or Seybert but this experience let me think twice about viking shaft so i might just return this one and get it replaced with an 314 Pretador shaft (paying the difference).
either way, someone let me know how this is to be done.

Since it is unchalked, then we can do what ever you like. You can give me a call at 877-314-2837 for the details. thanks

I would not give bad marks to either Viking or Seyberts for a cue not being straight. Wood has a mind of it's own, you can treat it like crap for 20 years and it might stay straight, or in your case, it might be brand new and be crooked.

I talked to Rick and he was helpful in the exchange process.
We'll just have to wait and see until i get my 314 to perfectly match my viking cue.
