The other day my game was off. The set of balls that were used were a hodge podge mixture of several sets. No consistency and my game was way off.

The following day at the same pool hall I was handed a set of Brunswick Centennial balls. After shooting awhile, I saw a huge improvement in my shotmaking and cueball placement.

The moral of this experience is to use only one set of balls all from the same manufacturer and all in the same production line (quality). It makes sense.

I play at a friends house every once in a while, and they use a 40 dollar set from walmart, and english seems to be out of the question over there...I can get the cueball to draw about 2 inches at most...but at home I use Aramith balls, and my game is so much better, much more consistency

Try using your Aramith balls on their table to see how they work on another table.
