Order Confirmation

I placed an order for a costumized cue, which i believe will take 2-3 weeks to process and received an acknowledging email with my order number.
My question is this;

Once i receive my next notification email, will this mean that my order is finally ready for shipping? or will i get update in between?

I know good things comes to those who waits but i can't help it! :)

Hello,
Viking is very accurate when they say 2-3 weeks. The day we receive your order, it is submitted to Viking. From that day, you can really depend on it being 2-3 weeks. Some of the easier customizations will happen sooner such as a turn down or a name engraved.

If it is just the cue, then we will have Viking ship it directly to you. It is quicker that way. But, if you ordered other items, we will have Viking ship directly to us where we will add your other ordered items and then ship it to you. If we ship the cue, then you will recieve a UPS ship notification from us with the estimated time of arrival and the tracking number that you can use to track your package from our shipping page or ups.com.

In the meantime you will also get a copy of your invoice from us via e-mail. On normal orders it will have a tracking number on it, but on custom orders it will not as your cue has not been shipped yet.
