Where can I buy a cue like this? Do you have a website of this cuemaker or someone that sells this cues?

the best cue is a personal preference.
you need to try out different cues with different characteristics and find out what's best for you.

I like a cue to be between 17 and 18 oz with a bit of a forward balance, a pro taper shaft and a very hard tip. My Predator BK2 fits this but so does a cheap Players cue with a modified tip and ferrule. The Tiger Icebreaker is really nice, but UGLY and cost too much.
