question about Guiseppe cases

I loved my Guiseppe case! I droppped my cue into it the other day and the bottom fell out of it. I tried to glue it but it was a no go.


Just an fyi for you. Hopefully I'm just unlucky :(

Guiseppe's have a lifetime warranty. Talk to the people who you bought it from about getting a replacement. I have one and love it.

I would send it back as well. I have a Guiseppe case and I love it as well! They will take good care you.
