Cleaning shaft with alchol

i always wipe down my shaft with rubbing alcohol after every session, followed by a dry towel.. so far my cue is as smooth as ever... is this method acceptable or is damaging in the long run?

Probably the safest way to clean your shaft....
Most products have chemicals and water in them that will ruin the wood over time.

Just make sur that the isopropyl alcohol you use is the kind that doesn't have moisturizers mixed into it :icon_biggrin:
