they're pretty easy to take out yourself. be careful with water though on the predator shafts, you can delaminate it. i've used the paper pea method successfully on predators.

how bad are they?

If they are not huge just take a small drop of water and drip it onto the shaft where it is dented. once it has raised the grain a bit take a shot glass and glass the shaft, rub in a back and forward motion 2-3inchs above and below the dent. Then burnish the hell out of it with a nice piece of leather or any thing else you may have, a brown hand towel from the corner gas station restroom works ok too.... Good luck and be gentle.

If this doesn't help post some pics if they are real bad..

wet a small piece of a paper towel and roll it into a small ball the size of a pea. then put it on the dent and use some tape to hold it on there if necessary. leave it on for at least an hour, maybe longer depending on the size of the dent. the water will make the wood swell. after you take the pea off, let it dry completely first. then check the area to see how flat it is. you can rub a shot glass over it or sand lightly if you need to, to finish it off.
