No Predator logo on Partial 314-2 shaft??

Hello,
I'm planning on ordering a Predator 314-2 Partial shaft. From the pic on the order page, the shaft does not have any markings whatsoever.
When ordering, should I specify whether I want the Predator logo on the shaft or is the logo printed as standard (and just not shown on the page?) If the logo printed on the shaft is not standard, do I have to pay extra to get it? Thank you.

Hi Alan,
The partials are shipped with the logo. The logo will have to be put applied after the joint is installed. It is a rub on logo so once the joint is installed, you will rub the logo on, then shoot the finish over the new collar and the logo at the top of the shaft. This seals the logo and finishes the beauty ring.

Hi Allan,
No, you won't have to pay extra for the logo/decal. It will come with the partial as a separate item that you will apply once you have cut the partial to length, installed the insert, installed the ring-work to match your handle, turned it's diameter to the size of your handle and sealed the shaft. The decal is then applied on the sealed surface before you shoot your clear-coat finish. That's about it in a nutshell.

The decal is never applied to the partial in advance as the partial at the joint is oversize to accommodate a wide variety of different handles and will need to be turned down to fit.

Unless you've done this type of work before, I wouldn't use a $150 partial as a test subject.

Oh, one more question. How are the cue blanks shipped? I will be ordering it here from Manila but having it shipped to a friend in Arizona. Does it come in a protective tube or pouch of some sort? My friend will probably pack the cue blank in his luggage on his way back to Manila and I'm afraid of what might happen to it. Thanks again.

We have a really nice 1/4 inch thick tube. It is basically full proof. You will be fine with it.

Yes it is possible, I suggest you to contact Rick or Sid for the pricing on it - I asked them about it already and they told me that it can be done, no problem.

You should understand that a Predator shaft without the logo has no warranty. That's the stipulation to this modification.
