In the Seyberts page for the Predator Willie Hoppe Cue (http://www.seyberts.com/pool_cues/cue-model_number-LE-WH.htm) it says:
"Predator has resurrected the Willie Hoppe – with the same four-piece splice and special case"
Does this mean that the Predator Willie Hoppe Cue is a full spliced cue?
Also, I know that Instroke used to make the cases for Predator, so what is the interior of the case like? Is it the same as an Instroke interior?
yes I believe it is the true spliced points "Rambo style". The predator cases are exactly the same as the Instroke cases with there construction.

My Willie Hoppe cue just arrived today and I haven't had the time to play with it.
Do you know where the serial number is supposed to be located? Thanks.

The serial number is engraved into the joint pin: http://www.unclewaldosbilliards.com/images/predator%20hoppe%20013.jpg

Oh man! <slaps self on forehead> ...I though that 033/500 meant that it was Chromium alloy stainless steel with 33% Chromium and other materials.
But seriously...what a neat place to put the serial number. I would never have thought to look there.
Does the documentation that comes with the cue tell you where to look for the serial number?

Documentation?
I don't really think that anything would tell you where to look for it, but like DrPool said, it is engraved into the uni-loc pin. It really is a very nice solution, I love those Capone and SW cues (along with many others...) that have the same type of joint - it's a classy idea.
