View Full Version : $350 dollar - What should I buy???
Hi,
I am looking at buying a decent pool cue and have $350.00 to hand. I have heard a bit about Thunderbolts, Joss, Meucci and The Predator SPLWU but don't know what I should be going for.
Are Thunderbolts any match for the 314? I am more interested in playability rather that looks.
Appreciate advice.

I see that Sid beat me, but I'll post my suggestions anyway. There are three different Predator Sneaky Petes sold here at Seyberts, all are under $350. If you go over to the Pechauer section here at Seyberts; you will see that you can get the EB-1 for $380. I realise it is more than you bugeted, but it doesn't cost that much more. I sort of like the looks of a black cue, and that is what the EB-1 is. Good luck in your quest for the perfect pool cue! :D Have fun.

One of the Predator Sneaky Petes .....or anything with a 314 shaft. :)
Thanks for the info. By the way how do the 314 compare with the Thunderbolts...?
Many thanks

i have both a Predator and a Thunderbolt and will say that they play very similar. For the money I would buy a Predator though, because I had to have Cuetec replace my Thunderbolt once due to a manufacturing defect which caused it to warp.
Plus, the graphics on the Thunderbolt are a fiberglass overlay, not inlays.
