i was gonna buy one but found someone with one to try out first. so my impressions are based on the one i used but the guy i borrowed it from wasnt too fond of it either.

the tip burnisher is brutal, the dime and nickel shapes arent accurate, the scuffer is pretty bad since u only get a few uses out of it. the tip measurer also does not seem to be the right size. theres also 2 tip picks for some reason...all in all i dont see any need for an atrox at the price they sell it at. cuz really u'd only need the tip pick anyways. anything else can be done with a piece of sandpaper.

I own one, i'm very glad I didn't buy it at full price.

If it was 10 or 15 bucks, I would say to buy one. Not for 35 or whatever it is.

The tip piks repersent fangs and I use the one I bought from Seyberts. The "wrap smoother" is pointless. The shapers can not be replaced.

It's just not worth the money. It shouldn't reflect their other products though. I love their cue care products.

I was at the recent BCA 8 Ball Event in Las Vegas several vendors had the ATROX Tool For Sale.

I looked and looked at the ATROX and saw ZERO Reason I wanted one. $35.00 retail is crazy for something that does nothing well. IMHO

I will not replace the following in my Cue Case:

1 Piece 220 Sand Paper

Porper Mushroom Removing Tool

Dime Willard

Tip Tapper

Q-Smoothe Burnishing Papers

As this combination does it all, and was about $10.00

I bought one and don't like it, the stuff they say that does not come off the shaper, well, it does, mine's almost worn out, the burnisher tore off two tips. $35 in the toilet if you ask me.
