What is Seyberts refund policy? I have looked for your sales policies on the web page and have not found them. Am I missing them?
Here is a copy of the statement that is appended to our invoices
Thank you for your order! Seybert’s Billiard Supply takes great pride in providing customers all over the world with the very best in billiard products, selection and customer service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, call us toll free at 1-877-314-2837 and we will authorize you a return slip for a full refund minus any shipping and handling charges. If you are returning a cue, all we ask is that it be returned without being shot with or chalked. Customized orders are not subject to this return policy.
All Returns must be processed by 15 days from the invoice date.
