I'm interested in getting me a Lucasi L-e3 but i'd like to know first what the specs are for this cue. what type of wood and what kind of joint does it have? i heard it has the radial pin but am not sure. if so do you have joint protectors available for that type of joint? your site could even be better if you have descriptions for each cue. people like reading those kind of stuff. thanks in advance.

L-E3 Lucasi Pool Cue Specs

Triangle Tips

the Uni-Loc Radial Pin

13.00mm Shaft Diameter

19-21oz Weight

Pro Taper 13"

Irish Linen Wraps

Bacote forarm & Butt

Birdseye Maple points and butt ring.

If you click on the cue options button it will provide a basic outline of the cue's standard options. The wood make up however is not listed. (Actually Lucasi does not list it out in their cataloge to us either)

Radial Pin Joint protectors are in the works and should be available in a short while.

Thanks,

Yes, we can have our cuemaker make a Predator shaft to fit the Radial pin. Cost is around $205.00. For a perfect fit, we would need the butt to your cue so our cuemaker could mate it to it. Thanks,

As you said L-E3 come with uni-loc redial pin. and i have both Lucasi come with this loc and one of them is model L-E3 so why I have to send the butt to make it fit.?

It will screw on and play great, that is not the problem. If you want to be sure that the diameter of the New Predator shaft will the exactly the same diamter as the butt where the two join up, we would need the butt of the cue so we could perfectly match the diameter. There is no EXACT way to make sure the two would be exactly the same diameter with out the original butt to use as a guide. We can come close without the butt, but there is no way to guarantee without the butt for reference.
