Im almost done with my pool room ( yeah right )
Hopefully in the next week.
I want my house cues to be better than the average bar cue...but dont want to spend a ton. Just to have some nice sticks so when people stop by , they have a nice cue in their hand without getting carried away.
Are they all pretty much the same?
Mike

Sorry guys...I might have asked the exact same thing a few weeks ago.
Sorry to repeat

The main problem with bar cues is that they are played with all the time. And most of that time is spent in the hands of people that do not know how to treat a cue. If they are being used in your house under your supervision, you shouldn't have any problem. Just don't allow your guests to lean them up against walls. No banging sticks on the floor or table, and in general, if they respect your stuff then they will last you a pretty long time.

Dufferin IMO makes the best 1-piece house cues.

you can get lucasi house cues right here from seyberts....
I like the dufferin as well but since they went out of business it's hard to find them

That sucks :( I didn't know they were out of business. That must be why I haven't seen new ones in bars recently.

i had heard they are still around, sort of. they got bought by cue n case and i think you can still get dufferin branded cues from them. don't know if they are the same as the old ones though....

The best house cue is the one being held by Efren Reyes
