I hope it's not blasphemy to mention this here, but is anyone familiar with Five Star Billiards? They give you "billiards bucks" equal to the cost of your purchase. It's not clear whether you get a 1-for-1 credit for that amount for other purchases. That would seem pretty generous, so I'm wondering how they work. I tried to email them, but I probably didn't phrase my question very well, and they didn't clarify. Anyone know about this?

I'd say coming to another vendors site asking for information about a competing vendor, is indeed in pretty bad taste... :?

My advice, go with a vendor that CAN ANSWER your questions.. One comes to mind.... Seyberts! :D

Maybe so, but I figured Seybert's enthusiasts would know the competition.

My apologies.

We know none of them compare to the customer service you get at Seyberts... 8)

Think about what you have done already without a reply. Imagine if you actually had a problem with something you ordered. If you can't get a reply now, I would say - more likely than not - it would be the same later.
