I know I probably can't name this particular dealer but stay away from one billiards dealer located in Oak Creek, WI. on East Elm Road.
My order was placed over the phone for two items to avoid any problems/issues. Table cloth and cone chalk; that's it. 72 hours later, I find out that the person I spoke with typed in the wrong zip code on the shipping information. Not a big deal. A couple of e-mails later the problem was solved but not until after I rcvd. a message telling me that they listened to the tape of the call and that I gave them the wrong zip.......I've only lived in this house for 22 years so go figure. The order arrives and I get table cloth and cue chalk, no cone chalk. I didn't order cue chalk and didn't get my cone chalk inside the box so I e-mail customer service, twice, with no response. Next I call them and I'm told someone will get back in touch with me. I wait four days, no call, no e-mail so I call back. I explain to the fourth person I spoke with what had happened. I get told that I must have been in a hurry and gave them the wrong item number and if I want the item I ordered and paid for once, I'd have to pay for it again, including shipping. I even went as far as asking them to go back and listen to the tape to see what I said. Sorry!! All I can say is take your business elsewhere before they take you and your money for a ride too!!
