Do all New Mcdermott cues have the little gold clover on the butt end of there cues... In specific the McDermott Pool cue M61H Velocity Blue cue

bought this cue off the internet and probibly got what i deserved but im not sure. It has a butt cap on it that is from Mcdermott but no clover no sign that its a mcdermot anywhere. Also the joint is metal to wood, The shaft end doesn't have any metal at all it screws straight into wood grooves.

Is this a knock off or what? Thanks for your help

If you are concerned about buying a knock off, you may want to try a reputable dealer rather than someone who has little accountability. At least the cue you bought was not expensive(as far as cues go). As far as the joint goes, it should have a wood to wood joint.

The picture posted above is practicaly the same cue. The difference being the color.

The description on Seybert's website is as follows.

If you bought the cue listed, it's not a knockoff. It's legite. Aska is a legit dealer.
