About to get mine in the mail! Bocote with simple black butt cap and black ring. Anybody ever shot with one? Or happen to be able to think of any other cue which it may play like?
And any idea what they're valued at right now, more or less?
Thanks.

I've not shot with his sneaky pete, but I have a custom made by him and it shoots absolutely wonderful. I am definitely a believer in the radial-pin design now.
Good choice on your cue, I dont think you will be dissapointed...

would you say they are better quality than say predator or schon? It can't just be all preference.

WOW I see now if nothing else they are absolutly beautiful cues :!:
They have the sharpest points ive ever seen on a cue before.
How much did you pay for the Sneaky pete? Ive yet to see a regular cue for less than a grand...

$350. Think I overpaid? I still want to turn down the shaft a little bit...
Never been too fond of 13mm.

And yeah, I'd rather have a Nitti than a Predator or a Schon...
But, bottom line, it comes down to what you like.

Chris is the man! His cues are incredible. If you want a cue that plays like a schon, then tell him. I love my schon and told him I wanted the cue he's making me to hit like a schon, so that's what I got. He is a true craftsman and artisan.

350 is a great price for a Nitti Sneaky Pete. Did you by it used or from Chris?

I bought it from a private seller, and supposedly "used" - but the thing is MINT! I've never bought a used cue in that great of a condition. If he would have told me it were brand new, I would have believed him were it not for the chalk on the tip (which also seems pretty unused..and its a lepro so it may be original? Can't imagine why else there would be one on it lol). Pretty sure the cue sat in his private collection for awhile and he hit with it a bit and that was that. To be honest, this guy had no real need for the cue. He's got much nicer stuff, by Nitti and others. And glad to confirm 350 was a good price! Lol. Any idea what its valued at? Its not a cue that would be in the blue book, is it?
