I need help with identifying this cue. I actually found it in the trash. It is perfectly straight. It looks like a custom sneaky pete. The tip is about a 10.5 or 11mm I haven't checked yet. It shoots really, really well. I think it would make a great snooker cue. I can't identify this joint though. Can anyone help me figure out if this cue is junk or if it is worth holding onto?

The joint is the Dufferin "signature joint" and I've never seen this joint on any other brand so my guess is that it's a Dufferin cue.

But it's weird that it doesn't have the Dufferin logo on the butt (maple leaf) and the bumper looks different then the bumper I've seen on most Dufferin cues (and I own three.... 8) )

Think maybe it was a bar stick and someone converted it? Maybe they put the dufferin joint on it?

Should I hang on to this with all my life, or is this just a junk cue?

Hey someone said it is a Dufferin from Canada (I don't know where dufferin is made, but that might explain the CD logo on it!)

Should I have it cleaned up or leave it in the condition I found it?

Since Dufferin is history, I would keep it, if it's straight..... clean it up and maybe refinish it's butt and throw it in the back of the closet, it might be worth something in 20 years....
