Does any body know how to install a ferrule, any one who has pictures...

You will need a lathe for that...
you'll need it to remove the old ferrule and in order to get the new one to be flush with the shaft.
Some of the ferrules are threaded and you'll need the right tools to thread the tenon in order to match the ferrule.
Replacing a ferrule is something that requires some prctice in order to get decent results.

I do have a lathe machine (not mine but a store out here has one) but i dont have the practice, is there any way where i can learn to make a cue or a school, i checked a few but they are expensive it was about $4000 for a week or is that a good price but again its in the US. Do you know how to fix a cue skor. Another thing i wanted to ask neil was that some people say changing the ferrule on the predator will reduce the shaft performance (ie only for a predator) as predator has the right ferrule for the shaft at present.......
