I am interested in getting this cue from ebay but i am not sure what is the joint type of the shaft, the seller stated it is Special Radial Pin Joint but on McDermott website it is stated as 3/8x10 joint type, below is the picture of the joint. Please help me identify the joint of the cue.

Yup, looks like a radial pin to me. What else do you want to know about it? The pin screws directly into the wood of the shaft...
This is my cue, same pin... You can see the threads on the shaft...
Actualy, I think that this is the standard 3/8x10 pin (that comes standard with most McDermott cues) and not the Uni-Loc Radial Pin™
see the radial pin in the picture, the threads are not the same......

Looks like a 3/8x10 piloted. Certainly doesn't look like a radial pin. Radial pin has more concave grooves where 3/8x10 pins have sharper, v-shaped grooves. Also, notice the base of the pin, it looks like a metal to metal joint to me; not your standard wood to wood.
Skor posted a great picture of the radial pin.
