Refunded?

I ordered a cue August 19, 2006, but today when i checked my email i got a message from seybert's saying i i got my money refunded. Whats the problem?

But then i check my pre-paid credit card balance, and im still missing my money.

I would try the contact us on the home page. They also have a phone number you can contact, they will be more than helpful I am sure.

Take into acct that when dealing with issues on a credit or debit card that there is usually a delay of a day or two. If Seybert's issued a credit back to the card, it may take a little time to show up. In the case of debit cards there is usually a hold placed for the amount or sometimes more until the transaction actually occurs. This also works in reverse when credits are issued. Everything has probably taken place on the retail side of the transaction, and it's probably an internal issue with the bank or cc company.
