View Full Version : 30 day policy for predator shafts?

I was reading in a post from last year that Seybert's had a 30 day policy for predator shafts, where you can return a used shaft within 30 days for a 10% restocking fee. Is that still in effect?

I just bought an 8pt predator sneaky pete from seyberts and upgraded the order to a 314-2 shaft. I've been playing with it the last couple of days, and now I'm thinking I probalby should have gone for the Z-2 shaft instead. Can I order the Z-2 and return the 314-2? (would that even work since I didn't buy the shaft alone, but rather the cue?) Would the 90% refund also apply to the moori tip upgrade or do i lose that 25$?

And last question, If I order the Z-2 (with uniloc) do i really need to send the butt in to have the shaft matched to line up... or can i be reasonably sure that it will? (I figure since it's a uniloc joint all shafts should line up the same... now if it was wood to wood or a flat face joint... well)

Hello

Yes we do still offer this policy but there are some stipulations. You can send just the shaft back and we will swap this out for you at the 10% off retail on the shaft but any customizations do not apply, you will not receive any credits on this. You do not need to send the butt of the cue in for this but we can’t guarantee anything without the butt. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
