Okay, lets say i buy a cue stick that comes with 22 free seyber bucks. Can i use it to buy a soft case which cost 12$ and obtain it for freE?

Yes you got that it exactly right. But why not get two cases for $2?

Use all them Seyberts bucks or you loose them.
