Hi Everybody,

I have a question regading the predator cues. I was looking at the P2 cue by predator in black colour and thinking of adding a wrap to it. Then I looked at the 4k1 and it looked quite similar to the black P2 with wrap.

However there is quite a big price difference. I am just wondering why that is? Is the P2 the top cue of predatoer (and if it is, what is it that makes it so special?).

I am just trying to figure out how much difference a butt makes, especially regarding the fact that it is the shaft for which predator is so well known......

Also I saw a picture of the 5k1, is it any different from the 4k1?

Just a bit confused, hope y'all can help me out!

Thanks!!

Simon

The 4k-1 and the 5k-1 are the same in design but are made by different companies, the 4k-1 and all the older lines where made for predator by falcon cues, the new 5k-1 is made in the same company that makes Lucasi in China. the Predator shafts are made at the Predator factory in Florida.
The P-2 butt is also made at the Predator factory and like the shaft has also a 10 pieces splice construction.
According to Predator, this construction gives a better radial consitency and feel.

Okidoki, Thanks Skor!

I am thinking of buying a P2, however, also wondering if there is going to be something like a P3?

Does anybody own a P2 and one of the 4k series?

Just wondering how they compare and how a P2 compares with for example a custom shaft as well........

cheerio!
