Simonis Cloth

I've heard time and time again that the Simonis (860 I believe) cloth is one of the best to play on. What is so special about it?

860 was design for 9ball, it is a bit slower then the 760
The quality of the cloth is very high
Once you'll play on it, you wouldn't want to play on any other cheap cloth

Why is the 860 cloth slower for 9ball than the 760? I didn't know that 9ball required a slower rolling cloth.
